Cargo relaunch with Cargo - Explained for you
Norwich Union is launching a new marine cargo policy in October.
Cargo, is one of the most comprehensive covers available. Core cover is based on the Institute Cargo Clauses (A) - All Risks, extensively used by the marine industry worldwide.
Cargo incorporates all of the commonly used extensions in an easy to understand format. Additionally, underwriters responding to increased demand for wider cover are able to provide bespoke individual extensions for the policy.
A handy guide called 'Cargo - Explained' accompanies the new policy. This reference tool explains the policy cover and advises on loss prevention and claims management. It also includes a glossary of cargo terms, abbreviations and expressions. You can access and download here (63kb).
